Storyline :
Nishan, born into a middle-class family, dreams of getting rich fast. While his father urges him to pursue an honest living, Nishan chooses a riskier route-joining a gang in India led by a smuggler (played by Shahiduzzaman Selim). His job: drug trafficking. Meanwhile, his girlfriend Jerin, who remains in Bangladesh, faces pressure from her family to marry. She asks Nishan to meet her family on the 15th of the month but Nishan, chasing another "business opportunity," crosses the border once again.
Caught by guards at the border, Nishan barely escapes with his life. By the time he returns, he learns that Jerin has been married off to a man named Shohag. In denial and grief, Nishan repeatedly begs Jerin for a second chance. Tired of the disturbance, Shohag agrees to a final meeting between the three. During the conversation, Nishan talks Jerin into being alone with him, locks her on the rooftop, and rapes her. When Shohag rushes in to intervene, a struggle ensues and Nishan accidentally pushes Shohag off the roof, killing him.
Nishan is sentenced to 14 years in prison for his crimes. Upon release, he returns to a cold world that labels him a murderer. He learns that Jerin has since remarried and has two children-a son and a daughter. When Nishan notices that the daughter shares similar characteristics with him, he begins to suspect she might be his child.
Soon after, the girl is kidnapped by Nishan's former gang leader from India. Driven by guilt and love, Nishan puts his life on the line to rescue her. In the end, Jerin reveals that the girl isn't Nishan's biological daughter-DNA tests confirmed she was Shohag's. Despite the heartbreak, Nishan fights to save the child, enduring near-death to bring her back safely.
His selfless act begins to shift public perception. Once seen only as a criminal, Nishan earns a shred of redemption in the eyes of a society that had long given up on him.

During the British era, Malli, a small tribal girl, is taken away by British governor Scott Buxton and his wife Catherine against the wishes of her mother. Rama Raju is an Indian cop who works for the British army; for him duty comes first, and he is very ruthless to revolutionary Indians but is never given his due by British government. The British government find that a tribal Komaram Bheem, who considers Malli his sister, has started his search for her and could be an obstacle for the British army. The governor and his wife announce a special post for any officer who can bring Bheem to them. Rama Raju decides to take the matters into his own hands and promises the government to bring him in dead or alive. Bheem by now has reached he city in search of Malli and pretends to be a mechanic, Akhtar. During a train accident on a lake he and Rama Raju risk their lives and save a kid and become best of friends.
